I am currently reading Feeling Good: The New Mood Therapy by Dr. David D. Burns, M.D..
This bright yellow book is powerful. I read it in 2018 and can sincerely say it changed my life. I credit this book, among other things, for getting me out of a rut. Lately, that familiar feeling has been present, and I remembered the impact this book had on me.
This book helps one recognize negative thinking patterns and how to interrupt, and replace them with positive, and helpful patterns of thought. It is my favorite kind of self-improvement book, a practical one. It provides clear and effective strategies one can implement immediately to start seeing real change in their life.
I am excited to read this book again and you can look forward to my review in approximately a month.
